Front Cover: Sponsored Peal at the 2008 Ringing Roadshow
Following the performance of a normal length peal in public at the 2006 Ringing Roadshow by the record-breaking Cambridge handbell band, the organizers of RR2008 were keen for them to ring another demonstration peal at Stoneleigh. The boys, ever keen to do something with "wow" factor, proposed ringing a long length of 21 extents, 15,120 changes, which could easily be fitted into the course of a day’s opening at the Roadshow.

The second session of the 40th Council (112th Annual Meeting) will be held on Monday, 25th May 2009 in St Andrew’s Methodist Church, Pump Street, Worcester, starting at 10.00 a.m. It will be preceded by a Corporate Communion Service at 8.30 a.m. in Old St Martin’s Church, Cornmarket.
